Shipping
Han Kjøbenhavn ships worldwide. Every parcel is insured and tracked. When your order leaves our warehouse, you receive an email with the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.
Rates and delivery times
Price, carrier and delivery time depend on the destination.
The table shows the current rates, including the order value from which shipping is free.

Available delivery options are confirmed at checkout. We do not currently ship to countries that are not listed in the table.
Prices and VAT
All prices include local VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU are tax-free — the VAT is deducted automatically when you select your shipping country at checkout.
Import duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are set by local authorities, are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer. We cannot predict the amount — your local customs office can advise.
Pricing and availability
We take care to keep prices, descriptions and stock details accurate. Errors can occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.
Warranty
Every product bought on hankjobenhavn.info carries a two-year warranty. It covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use.
Returns
Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns go through our returns portal, which guides you through each step. Returns sent any other way cannot be accepted.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags and labels still attached. Pack them in a box or bag, and keep tape off the product and its packaging.
The product is your responsibility from the moment you receive it until the return reaches our warehouse. If a return arrives damaged, we may deduct an amount from the refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free from Denmark. From the EU and the UK it costs 7 EUR, and from all other countries 9 USD.
Refunds
Refunds cover the amount paid for the returned items and are made to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching our warehouse. The original shipping cost is not refunded.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it and place a new order.
Second Life returns
Second Life pieces are not returned through the returns portal. Your parcel includes a return guide for them: follow it to return a Second Life piece.
