Refund Policy

Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns go through our returns portal, which guides you through each step. Returns sent any other way cannot be accepted. Full details are on our Shipping and Returns page.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags and labels still attached. The product is your responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse. If a return arrives damaged, we may deduct an amount from the refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free from Denmark. From the EU and the UK it costs 7 EUR, and from all other countries 9 USD.

Refunds

Refunds cover the amount paid for the returned items and are made to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching our warehouse. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it and place a new order.

Second Life returns

Second Life pieces are not returned through the returns portal. Your parcel includes a return guide for them: follow it to return a Second Life piece.
